Dave is a super great guy and alot of you may know him by TotallyCrazyAuctions or TCA. He is the owner of Totally Crazy Auctions, and has helped a lot of people with a lot of different things. He has a beautiful daughter that he wants to be around to see her graduate, get married, have children etc.
Dave found out a while back that he has lung cancer (Stage III A non-small cell lung cancer) and he only has one lung. Dave does have insurance but the insurance does not cover all the meds that his Doctor has him on because it is a new medicine and still in the testing phase.
Dave has some good days but he also has some bad days as well. He has a hard time sleeping at night because he has been put on goodnight h20 for sleep aptnia, pulse ox machine, Respironics machine, nebulizer, and an oxegyn tank. This is hard for Dave being hooked up to all these machines, but it is something that he has to do, if he wants to keep on living for his precious daughter. Dave is now on oxegyn 24 hours a day.
His medicine costs out of pocket are $680.00 per month. I think it would be great if we could all buy enough tickets to cover his meds for one month, but it would be REALLY awesome if we made enough with this raffle to help him with 2 months supply of his meds!!
Dave is disabled and lives on a very tight budget. He runs his website and offers FREE advertising of everyone's online auctions. He pays for the site out of his own pocket, but does accept donations at his site.
We have all kicked around some different ways for all of us to come together to help Dave out. Alot of people have sold ebay auctions and just donated the money to him.
People have sent in cash prizes, gift cards, and some really nice items to give to the winners of this help page. For every dollar you DONATE to Dave.that is one more chance to win a nice prize. So donate as much as you want. The gifts you could get are all listed below.
Just think about it this way, would you want people to help you out if you or your child was in this situation? I think the answer would be 'Yes', I know I would.
